Developmental Learning Solutions was established by John Fleming, M.Ed. as a transitional multi-disciplinary educational practice that has served Santa Cruz, Monterey and Santa Clara Counties since 1993. DLS was originally founded in Washington D.C. in 1991 as an international educational consulting company.
